I Read An Interesting Publication From Back In 2013, that the Cabal Considered to Surrender, My Question now is Will this current cabal nEVER Surrender?

 Yes, alright, It might have been a Less Challanging time back in 2013 with less control structure, etc. But we have to look also at the constructive and positive changes from back then till now. The Chimerra (Is that how you write it?) been Removed. And the satanic mainframe computers of them in Derpa as well. So Yeah, lot of progress been made. Even the Cabal seem to be more free and less controlled now. Maybe even happier who knows? So You Can't really blamce me for thinking it might be possible for a Peace treaty and a relocation of all voulenteerly Cabal members to another planet, faaaar away from this. If This is possible and agreeable please give a signs someone. This would be Good, So that Humanity are able to Continue to Expand its Conciousness and Expand its Spiritual Growth to Mars and Other places.
