I Read An Interesting Publication From Back In 2013, that the Cabal Considered to Surrender, My Question now is Will this current cabal nEVER Surrender?

 Yes, alright, It might have been a Less Challanging time back in 2013 with less control structure, etc. But we have to look also at the constructive and positive changes from back then till now.
